Organizational culture and career development in the British civil service

Neil is the author of one of the few papers published in an academic journal - “Organizational culture and career development in the British civil service (2020) Public Money and Management, that provides quantified analysis on British public services and organizational culture.

His approach to the theme was to undertake a literature review of influential reviews of culture, to determine recurring features of those reviews, to map out those features against a suitable data source for assessing differences across organisations and across time, and to use Stata to undertake statistical cross-sectional and time series analysis.
